Yes! This is the hardest thing to do for many people. As a single mother convenience is everything, my time is planned and booked solid. (For the most part!) But when I continue to see the importance of what we eat and NOT eat. I decided to restrict our diets. Since there are no major food allergies or sensitivities I do allow my child the occasional drive thru, but we make up for it with smoothies or vegging afterwards.
